However, we practice daily getting ahead on shipment for our customers to assure on time deliveries from daily orders. All orders ship within 1-2 days of the purchase.  Upon 7 days from the date of delivery, contact us immediately for any additional information concerning your product at the number above or email us @ eukivihairproducts1@gmail. Please make sure you spell your name and address correctly. It will allow your order to be delivered directly to you without any errors. 

Packages will not be shipped on the day of major holidays. All shipping is done Monday-Saturday.
